This exceptional material excels with extended use and are typical for Cast and Extruded Nylon. Nylon has one of the widest ranges of sizes and shapes, including small extrusions to massive castings. The Black Cast Nylon type 6 material are commonly available.

Between the Delrin and Acetal rods, both materials are exceptionally tough and easily machinable, as they have very similar physical properties. They look similar, but in practical uses there are a few differences that may make one preferable than the other. It also depends on your application.
